Once your order is placed, we will contact you with the delivery date and time. Please make note of that date/time to ensure prompt delivery. If you are unavailable during the scheduled time, please contact us immediately so we can work with you for a more convenient option.

We do not ship our casseroles. All orders are delivered personally to your home or business. Once your order has been placed, we will contact you via email with the date of your delivery (Tues or Wed) and a one hour delivery window. Please make note of that time!

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

All sales are final and no refunds will be given for missed deliveries.

Will I be able to serve my order when it arrives?

No - Our food is delivered frozen for a reason. Our ingredients are fresh and contain no preservatives, so to ensure safety we must keep the orders frozen until you are ready to enjoy. Upon delivery, casseroles should be either refrigerated for use the next night or placed in the freezer for use on another day.

What if I am unable to be there when the order arrives?

If you are not available during the delivery time, we suggest you contact us immediately for alternative plans, or if absolutely necessary, you can provide us with a cooler loaded with plenty of ice. Please note that the cooler must be large enough to accommodate your order (a large casserole pan is 12x10, a medium is 9” round), and that you should return within the hour to ensure quality and safety. Make note of that hour window!

What if I missed my delivery?

If you are not available during the delivery time, we suggest you contact us immediately for alternative plans. We will do our best to assist you. However, please remember that all sales are final and no refunds will be given for missed deliveries.
